Day Of Service: Designed to relieve the day of stress, the Day of Service package includes:
- Confirmation of all your vendors and sites
- Creation of your vendor, contact persons, and day of itineraries
- Coordination of the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception
- Point person for deliveries before and during event
- Assist in setting up, tear down and clean up after event, and distribution of left over materials
Partial Planning: Designed to guide you through your ideas, as well as assisting the day of. The Partial Planning package includes:
- Access to our preferred vendor list and assistance in choosing the right vendors for your event
- Creation of your budget and personal pre-event checklist
- Assistance in billing and collecting from your vendors
- All Day Of Package services
Full Service: Designed to alleviate your pre-event stress by leaving all of the details to us. You tell us your dream and we will make it happen! The Full Service Package includes:
- Creation of your customized event design; everything from theme, colors, location, ect.
- Attendance in all vendor meetings and assistance in choosing the right vendors for your event
- Assistance in setting up and completing contracts with vendors
- All Partial Planning and Day of Package services
